I am an international tax lawyer working with carbon taxation. My research in Münster concentrates on the effect of the proposed European Commission Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) on third (non-EU) states and how the EU can devise the CBAM policy to foster carbon taxation in third states.
